these manikins show an increase or change of emotions starting  with a stern, unaffected stare to heightened eyebrows from  confusion or anxiety. Eventually the eyes get bigger and the  mouth open showing a facial expression of the emotion of  complete terror or panic. This give me a negative emotion  specifically anxiety.
